By using Domino, you're agreeing to these terms. We've written them to be as clear and human as possible — because you deserve to know what you're agreeing to. Please read them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Jessi Woodland, doing business as Domino ("Domino," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Domino web application available at app.justdomino.com and any related services.
By creating an account or using Domino as a guest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not create an account or submit personal information — this is required by US law (COPPA). If you are between 13 and 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the service.
Domino is an AI-powered personal styling service. It provides style recommendations, outfit suggestions, wardrobe analysis, and shopping guidance based on information you share with it.
Important: Domino is an AI assistant, not a human stylist. Its recommendations are generated by an AI model and are for informational and entertainment purposes. Domino does not guarantee that any recommendation will work for your specific body, lifestyle, or circumstances. All styling decisions are ultimately yours.
Product links and prices provided by Domino are for reference only. Prices are estimates and may not reflect current retail pricing. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party product listings, availability, or pricing. Always verify details directly with the retailer before purchasing.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or engage in abusive behavior toward the service or other users.
Domino offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Domino Pro) at $39.99 per year. Subscription details are as follows:
The free tier provides access to Domino's core styling conversations, shoppable links, and photo uploads. Free tier sessions do not save conversation history or style profile memory between sessions — each session starts fresh.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.
You own the content you submit to Domino — your style profile information, wardrobe photos, and conversation messages. By submitting content, you grant Domino a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service to you.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Domino may include affiliate links in product recommendations. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase a product through a link Domino provides, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products Domino recommends — recommendations are based solely on what we believe is genuinely right for you.
When affiliate links are active, this disclosure applies to all product links generated by Domino.
The Domino name, logo, app design, system prompts, and all content created by us are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract Domino's AI system prompts, styling logic, or any proprietary components of the service.
Domino is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domino and Jessi Woodland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to losses from purchasing products based on Domino's recommendations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Domino shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Domino relies on third-party services to operate, including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of Domino is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.
Product links in Domino's recommendations lead to third-party retailers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or practices of those retailers.
You may stop using Domino and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate and without refund. In other cases, we will provide reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Domino shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Domino after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
